Casio Low Powered Bluetooth Energy, Transfers Info from iPhone
Low powered Bluetooth means smaller devices. Casio was showing off the Bluetooth via a watch. Not only will the watch tell time, it can also control your smartphone.
No need to take the phone out of your pocket. If someone is calling, just look at your watch. If you have an appointment, just look at your watch. If you get a txt… you get the idea.
The watch can also monitor your statistics. It also has a panic function and GPS functionality.
This is a prototype, so there is no price set. Expect about $100 price point with availability around 2012.
