Sharp has always been an innovator in display technology. Clearer images and brighter colors. The Aquos has been a leader in display technology for a while.
Sharp has decided to take this one step further. What they called Quad color pixel, they now mix the standard red — blue — green with a fourth color: yellow. These four colors bring out a lot more of the picture.
Because of the fourth color, the screen is naturally brighter. This also helps in saving energy — the brighter screen takes less electricity to run. Therefore saving you valuable money by just watching TV.
Jeffrey powers talks with Bruce over this great new technology. Bruce shows Jeffrey up close how the four color pixels really work. By looking through a microscope we see the four color pixel in action. This is a demonstration you will be able to do at your local retailer very soon.
