During CES, they gave both reporters and bloggers chances to catch up and upload their content through the respected lounges. During the week, these lounges uploaded tons of reviews, audio comments, videos and a lot more. The fine folks at CEA even provided computers as to work from (if needed).
We take a quick walk through the Blogger lounge.
Today we talk with Matt Dworkin, a Double agent for Geek Squad in the DC area. We talk about what it’s like to be a part of the Geek Squad.
We are also giving away 2 $25 gift cards to Best Buy. All you have to do is comment below. On Oct 15th, we will draw 2 names for the gift cards. Need not be present to win.

Since the 5 minute show sometimes goes over 5 minutes, I have decided to change the name. I am entertaining new names, so if you have any thoughts, please put them in the comments, or send them to me at geekazine at gmail dot com.
When I started Geekazine, I decided to turn on the registration to comment. After carefull concideration, I have decided to turn that off. The Akismet will still be turned on, so spam comments will still be caught. However all you will need is a name and valid email to comment.
Also, if you want to get the Weekly Podcast Show Notes in your email, or if you want to apply to be an admin to post content, you will need to register. Thanks!
The paint is still fresh, so please watch what you touch…. JUST KIDDING!! Touch everything! Welcome to the new home of GEEKAZINE – a weekly podcast encompasing everything tech! Feel free to comment on any Podcast, or sign up and be part of the Geekazine friendlies. Each hour long, weekly Geekazine episode is hosted by Jeffrey Powers, a geek himself. So sit back, and embrace the new way to listen to the radio – or download each episode and throw it on your iPod, Zune, MP3 player, Car Stereo, or heck, even Vinyl if you want the pops and scratches…. Maybe just turn it into a scratch record so it can be sampled in your next #1 rap hit.
BTW – We are looking for people to send comments and articles. If you would like to help out Geekazine and maybe get a couple articles under your belt, email me @ geekazine@gmail.com.
