This time we decided to take the Bus. Things looked a little busier today as we took the show to the South Hall. We started with the 3M exhibit, then I broke free of the group to get some walk around shots. Started at Sure where I played with the new USB mics. I found the Creative Game Show “Are you Smarter than a Technophile”, then M-Audio’s Break Dance exhibit. There were a lot of other great booths, too.
Caught up with the rest of the crew for the afternoon, where we went into the car show. G4 was doing live segments, then we talked with Flir, a cool way to look for deer and find your kids. Andy Brown found a couple cars he would like, so he posed for them.

The newest version of Quicktime X (or Quicktime ten) will be coming out first quarter of 2009.
Other events that happened this week – the applications for ability to bid on the 700 mHz spectrum ended. AMD was told they could not use Intel’s 486 microcode in their systems. Apple enhanced their line of G4’s with ATI Rage 128 video cards. Finally, AT&T announced they will begin to pull payphones until the end of 2008, where they will completely be out of the Pay phone market.
