Welcome to Geekazine!

This month on Podcastmadness.com – we give you a chance to win the Artisan 810 all-in-one printer. This is a printer that connects via WiFi so you do not have to run a cable to the printer. I have been using the Artisan line for a while now and really utilize the scanner and the ability to print pictures and PDF’s.

Just head over to Podcast Madness to get going. Listen to this week’s Podcast and the Day in Tech History to get your codes.

OK, so this show ran long and I was getting ready to say something about Hulu, but then BAM! totally forgot about it. That never happened before during a show. I was going to talk about my thoughts with Hulu and their pay service. But that will have to wait until next week.

Windows 7 is installed! Now it’s time to tackle the sound issues (again). We announce the winner of the Podcast Madness contest. The road to CES and sponsors are needed. Working on this years charity. Roundtable is this Saturday. The Google Wave of the Day.

Music for Podcast by the John Masino Band

November is the month to ramp up the shows. I have been working on a new Podcast Madness contest – slated to start next week. If you are a podcaster, you should participate in this contest. I send you a code you can give to your audience. They put the code in and therefore a chance to win.

However, the National Podcast Post Month is simple: One podcast a day for 30 days. I normally do that with the Day in Tech History anyway, but I am going to ramp up some other stuff to try and surpass the 34 I would normally do. I suppose with the video, it’s more like 38 a month, so I figure 50-60 would be a good number to hit.

I do have a few video reviews from Blogworld New Media Expo that I have to put out. I will also try to get AppWild going this month. In all, this should be a great month for Podcasts!

But why put out the challenge if no one is listening. Therefore, I am encouraging all of you to LISTEN to a new podcast a day for 30 days. Find out all the great shows out there. Get involved and call in to those shows. Make people know you are listening.

To all participating, good luck with your challenge. I am rooting for ya. And adding the contest will help.
