However, this cube was really all you needed if you wanted to do some computing, for it had a built in monitor and keyboard. The MiSee TX starts by projecting the screen via Pico Projector. A full 1080i at 1280×800 with a throw to make a 60 inch viewable screen. Therefore, you can use this box to watch a movie without issue. The keyboard – mouse of the MiSee TX is replicated by it’s own projector. A red laser (soon changed to green) is projected as a keyboard. The infra-red camera turns your movements into keystrokes and mouse moves. The idea is to put the projector and keyboard into smartphones and tablets. Ecovacs is a Chinese company that produces cleaning products for multiple use. Now one that cleans the windows. Winbot is an interesting cleaner. It works on the same magnetic connection as some name badges you see have. The two halves separate, then adjoin back together on a window pane. One moves around and both of them clean the window in a pattern that will not leave streaks. You would have to be able to connect both parts on the window, so sealed glass on the 100th floor might not work. Each person can have their own code. With integration of Z-Wave, you can get these locks integrated into a security system. Being Z-Wave compliant means you can get a better hold on who is coming and going. Also, if something is not right, you can get notified and video can be recorded. You program it to watch for certain events, maybe when the car pulls in at 5 PM on Monday-Friday to understand someone is coming home from work. Once it realizes there is a problem, the camera really goes into work. Archerfish Solo then sends events to phones, email or whatever you want. However, if the neighborhood dog walks through the yard by accident, or if a branch falls down, solo can learn to ignore those. The video is stored via SD card or on the cloud. There is a free service to send video to, with an extended service option for $5 a month per camera. Archerfish Solo is available for $329 at Best Buy, Fry’s, Amazon and more.
