The Podcast didn’t go as smoothly. There was a small glitch in recording apperatus. Some content was nixed because of that (2 minor events). Nonetheless the show is pretty much intact. We talk about Moons of Mars, new Apple and AMD machines, Windows 1.01, MMORPG, GIF format patents expire and the problem at LAX that left people stranded for 10 hours.
Oh yeah – we can’t forget about King Kong vs. Godzilla….

The main computer went down this weekend and I am still in flux trying to fix. We still got out the 5 minute show although the quality of sound might not be what it usually is. I aplogogize for that.
We did find some great tech history: It was 11 years ago this week Microsoft bought stock in Apple to get them out of a small slump, Dmitry Sklyarov is released in 2001 and the World Wide Web project was leaked to the public.
