We have seen kid safe headphones before. Kidz Gear has been on our Live TPN CES coverage before. This year, Jack Peterson talks with Todd and Don on the latest headphones for children.
Kidz Gear added another product in the new wired headphones that have a built-in volume limiter to prevent children’s hearing. The Kids control technology gets headphones down to the 80-90 decible range (safe zone).
Kidz Gear is compatible with all iPhone and iPod devices. It does have an inline mic so kids can use the headset as a phone headset.
They also have an aftermarket adapter to control other headphones levels.
Prices for Kidz Gear start at $9.99.
